My RoM EU account is still blocked, for some mysterious reason. I get a message to "Contact Support" , however, someone apparently forgot to mention that to the support team. So far every attempt at contacting support has gone unanswered.

The last time we had this problem, it was because someone hacked into the account (on the US server) and it got blocked for "security reasons". (a little late, I might add) That matter was cleared up in a matter of days. (sigh)

At least I can get a small RP fix in the new beta PbP forum! a snifty idea!

Ouch, RoM seriously needs to improve their customer service. Hopefully you'll get some response in a reasonable time. And hopefully your account hasn't actually been hacked or anything... Looking forward to seeing you in game again!
