| Sebastian J. Periwinkle slithered into the Veranis community several months ago, following the scent of profit. While he doesn't really advertise it, it is no secret that Sebastian is a highly skilled bounty hunter. (A legend, in his own mind) His prices are high, but they do guarantee results.
Pompous, while polite, Sir Periwinkle is dignified, educated, and places great value on Honor. (Although his idea of honor may not be exactly mainstream)
